We start by getting to know each other and building a true partnership. We will get to know your students, educators, and the ecosystem that makes up your program. Our goal in discovery is to understand your program, develop a collaborative relationship, and begin defining and understanding the core goals and challenges we can work on. 

We utilize human-centered design tools and processes to ideate solutions for your unique program. We’ll lead hands-on workshops, interviews, design sprints, and use other processes and tools to create your program blueprint. Our goal during co-design is to center the students most impacted, problem-solve, and create a program design that works for all stakeholders. 

We get to work in the creation phase. We begin creating materials based on the program blueprint. This could be a strategic plan, new student materials, a full professional learning program for your educators, a custom curriculum, or another idea we haven't thought of yet! 

We launch the program with a firm foundation of collaborative relationships and a thorough understanding of your educational ecosystem. This step includes ongoing professional development, check-ins, and usually occurs while creation is still happening. We stay with you through the program to address challenges, ensure a smooth rollout, and gather data. 

We'll help you evaluate your success and move from good to great. The refinement stage is all about looking at what's working and what we can make even better. We’ll develop tools to evaluate your program and then use those results to fine-tune your materials and make plans for the future, report to grant makers, state agencies, or other partners.
